i just started using design by humans again and i have been making a bunch of new designs lately. plus i need to get on top of my game because i got accepted to the UofMN college of design for Graphic Design. so i hope my skills will improve greatly. all the work i have done so far is just me messing around and learing this crap on my own but now with some direction i hope to get a better grasp on a style and get some more stuff up and out. everyone thx for your support and im glade to be back lol finally.
p.s.
plz take a look at some of my designs on DBH @ [link]

No 3d stuff at all, most of my stuff are partly vector partly raster art.
and yea I really loved it, its glossy and sexy.
most of all I use photoshop, illustrator for shapes and lines sometimes, but most of the work is done in photoshop
i really love you stuff, i need to make my stuff shinny, and learn some cool new effects.
what did you do to study/learn how to give those awesome shiny and bright colors?
o-yeah did i mention i love your color there so bright. any tips or hints?
im really suprized about that you do most of your work in Ps its amazing how long have you been doing this kinda stuff?

I never studied anywhere, when I do an Icon lets say, I dont use blending options on a layer (gradient overlay, shadow, etc.) I paint them with the pen tool and add gradients and soft brushes.
my best tip is to imitate, I.e if you see something you like in my grallery or on the internet for that matter, try and do something similar, that should help you realize where to put the right colors and highlights to get and item shiney or soft for your next works
